We offer driving lessons and courses for the following licence categories: passenger car (B), motorcycle (A1, A2, A), moped (AM120), and light quadricycle (AM121). We also provide various course options for teaching permit holders, such as EAS and RTK training. You can choose whether to take your driving lessons with a manual or automatic car.
Our office is centrally located in Järvenpää city centre at Postikatu 4, right next to St1. Driving lessons start from the driving school.

"As a driving instructor, I want to see the concrete result of my work, i.e. a successful student behind the wheel. My work is diverse and challenging, because every lesson brings something new and different. I am grateful for working with people. Lahti, Järvenpää, Kerava and Hyrylä are my home fields, and on these roads I have taught many drivers to know the secrets of traffic. Although the teaching languages are Finnish and English, I can also guide students in Swedish. Calmness is my strength. When necessary, I use my technical orientation to ensure that each student receives exactly the guidance they need. Let's embark on a journey together towards safe and confident driving!

"Olen erikoistunut henkilöautokortin opettamiseen. Jo lapsena autot ja liikenne veivät sydämeni, ja olen aina nauttinut ihmisten auttamisesta ja opastamisesta. Näin ollen ajo-opettajan ammatti oli minulle luonnollinen valinta, jossa nämä intohimoni yhdistyvät.
Työssäni parasta on seurata oppijoiden kehityskulkua. Monesti aloitetaan jännityksen saattelemana, mutta kun taidot karttuvat, itsevarmuus kasvaa ja lopulta oppilaat lähtevät itsenäiseen ajamiseen liikenteessä. Tämä prosessi on upeaa nähdä ja olla osana sitä.
Kuvailisin itseäni helposti lähestyttäväksi ja rennoksi opettajaksi, mutta pidän samalla huolen, että opetus säilyy laadukkaana ja jämäkkänä. Vuosien kokemukseni liikenteen parissa, muun muassa ajokokeiden vastaanottajana, on tuonut minulle laajan ymmärryksen siitä, mitä turvallinen ja sujuva ajaminen vaatii. Tämän tiedon ja osaamisen haluan jakaa oppilailleni niin, että he voivat lähteä liikenteeseen itsevarmoina ja taitavina kuljettajina.

CAP Driving School Järvenpää has been serving students since 2016. The school is equipped with two driving simulators, allowing students to safely practice a variety of driving situations before moving on to real traffic. This makes learning diverse, efficient, and safe. Thanks to the two simulators, driving lessons are widely available.
There’s no need to feel nervous about starting driving school – our Järvenpää office is known for its relaxed and encouraging atmosphere as well as its personal instruction. Our instructors support you throughout the entire learning process, from your first theory lesson to the driving test. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.
You can start your driving course immediately after registration. Theory lessons can be completed flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP App, and a digital learning environment, helping you learn to drive safely and comprehensively. Driving lessons are conducted with modern, well-equipped training vehicles – safety and comfort are always our top priorities.
Moped and motorcycle handling training takes place in Järvenpää, either in the Ajovarma yard area or the truck parking area, where you can safely practice vehicle control. Handling and driving tests are carried out at the Ajovarma Järvenpää yard area. Slippery surface driving practice is conducted at the UAR driving training track.
At our Järvenpää office, we offer a wide range of courses for teaching permit holders, including the mandatory EAS and RTK training. We also provide several packages to support learners using a teaching permit, such as the Practice Test Package, Starter Package, Co-Teaching Package, and Intensive Course.
CAP Driving School offers flexible payment options. You can pay your course by invoice in 1–4 installments, make an online payment, or use SVEA financing. This way, you can choose the payment method that best suits you – easily and flexibly.
