The purpose of the driving skills test is to identify the abilities of a person to use the controls of a vehicle as such or with any required additional controls.

Driving test ordered by the police Passenger car course (B)

The police can order a driver to provide a medical certificate of driving-related health, a certificate of a new driving test or the driving examiner (Ajovarma) to issue a statement on the ability to drive.
