We offer driving lessons and driving school courses for the following licence categories: passenger car licence (B), all motorcycle licences (A1, A2, A), moped licence (AM120) and moped car licence (AM121). We also provide services for instruction permit holders, such as EAS and RTK. You can choose whether to take your driving lessons with an automatic or manual car. We also offer training for BE and B96 licence categories.

CAP Driving School Ii started its operations in 2020. Instruction is available in Finnish, English and Swedish. We offer a comprehensive selection of courses backed by long experience. At our location, you can benefit from modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, which makes learning safe and effective. There is no need to feel nervous about starting driving school – we emphasise personal guidance, and teaching can be adapted to your needs and skill level. Our special expertise includes health-based assessments of driving ability.
You can complete your theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use the CAP app, a digital learning environment and modern teaching tools, which ensure safe and versatile learning.
Moped and motorcycle lessons begin either at the Ii location or at Ruskotunturi, Ruskotunturintie 10, Oulu. Moped car lessons start from Ruskotunturi. Handling practice takes place at the training area located in Ruskotunturi, which provides a safe environment for practising moped and motorcycle handling. The area is reserved for the use of CAP Driving School. All handling and driving tests are completed at Ajovarma’s Rusko service point in Oulu.
The location offers a wide range of instruction permit courses, including mandatory trainings such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several teaching packages, such as a practice driving test package, a starter package, a joint teaching package and an intensive training course.
