How to get a teaching permit?

The driving instruction permit is granted by Traficom, but the application is received by Traficom’s service provider Ajovarma. The driving instruction permit application is filled out at Ajovarma’s service point. You can book an appointment at Ajovarma for processing the driving instruction permit application either by calling or through Ajovarma’s online booking system.

You will need an identity card and a driver’s license in case your driver’s license was issued in another EU or EEA country. The driver’s license must be valid. Finnish driving rights are seen in the system.
