I have a simulator drive, but the office is closed. How do I get inside?

The service and opening hours of the offices do not affect the execution of simulator drives.

You can enter the location to perform the simulator drive with the six-digit drive code sent to your phone via text message when booking the drive. This code acts as an electronic key for the electric lock on the location’s front door.

The code can also be found in your own learning environment under the details of the driving lesson in question.

The same code is entered into the simulator before the driving lesson begins.

In case of problems, contact the simulator control room directly at 040 506 6883, as they can also open the door for you, so there is no obstacle to completing the lesson even if no one is present.
