We offer driving lessons and driving school courses for the following licence categories: passenger car licence (B), all motorcycle categories (A1, A2, A) and moped licence (AM120). We also offer services for those completing their licence with an instruction permit, such as EAS and RTK training. You can choose whether you want to take your driving lessons with an automatic or manual car.
CAP Driving School Kalajoki is located in the city centre, in the former Halpa-Halli premises, next to the Jysk furniture store, at Kalajoentie 2. Driving lessons start from the driving school or from a pick-up point of your choice, such as S-market Pyhäjoki, Sale Merijärvi or S-market Alavieska.

CAP Driving School Kalajoki started its operations in 2011. Everyone is welcome, and customer satisfaction is important to us. Driving lessons are given with modern, well-equipped training vehicles – safety and driving comfort are always our priorities. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.
You can start the driving course immediately after registration. You can complete the theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP app and a digital learning environment, which enable safe and versatile learning.
Moped driving lessons start at CAP Driving School Kalajoki, and handling training is practised in the Kalajoki Ice Hall parking area. Road traffic practice with the moped is carried out in Kalajoki. Moped handling exams are conducted as group exams in Ylivieska, and you will receive transport from Kalajoki with your instructor. Motorcycle training is carried out at the CAP Driving School Ylivieska location.
A wide range of instruction permit courses is available in Kalajoki, including mandatory trainings such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several teaching packages to support those completing their licence with an instruction permit – for example a practice driving test package, a starter package, a joint teaching package and an intensive training course.
CAP Driving School offers versatile payment options. You can pay the course invoice in 1–4 instalments, make the payment online or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best – easily and flexibly.
