"Ajo-opettajana olen erikoistunut henkilöautojen ajo-opetukseen. Intohimoni liikennealaa kohtaan sekä tuttujen vaikutus opettajina ovat johdattaneet minut tälle uralle. "Ajo-opettajana Lappeenrannassa ja Kouvolassa, minun intohimoni tähän ammattiin syttyi jo omalta autokouluajaltani. Hyvä ja mukava opettaja voi tehdä suuren eron ja halusin itsekin olla osa muiden ajomatkaa kohti ajokorttia. Koulutan opiskelijoita monipuolisesti eri ajokorttiluokissa, ja vaikka työ onkin itsenäistä, nautin hyvien työkavereiden seurasta. Työni on vaihtelevaa ja tarjoaa mahdollisuuden toimia eri kaupungeissa, mikä tekee arjestani eläväistä.

CAP Driving School Kouvola started its operations in 2016. A driving school has operated in the same premises for over 30 years. Our professional and friendly instructors in Kouvola support you throughout the entire driving school process, from theory studies all the way to the driving test. Instruction is available in Finnish and English. There is no need to feel nervous about starting driving school – you will receive support in learning, and we will progress together towards obtaining your driving licence.
You can start your driving school course immediately after registration. You complete the theory studies flexibly online at a time that suits you best. We use modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP app and a digital learning environment, which help you learn to drive safely and comprehensively. Driving lessons are conducted with modern, well-equipped training vehicles. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.
Kouvola’s diverse traffic environment offers excellent opportunities to practise driving in various conditions. During driving lessons, you will, among other things, practise joining motorways, driving in multi-lane roundabouts and navigating one-way streets. You can agree to start your driving lesson either at the driving school or at a more convenient pick-up location for you.
Theory and driving tests for all driving licence categories are conducted at Ajovarma Kouvola, located at Tommolankatu 24, 45130 Kouvola. The basics of moped and motorcycle training are learned at our handling track in Korjala. All two-wheeler driving lessons start from the Kouvola branch, where driving gear is put on before moving to the track together with the instructor. Motorcycle handling tests are conducted at the Tykkimäki motor track. In light quadricycle (AM121) training, the student’s own vehicle is used, such as an ATV or a moped car.
In Kouvola, a wide range of learner permit courses is available, including mandatory training such as EAS and RTK. In addition, we offer several support packages for those completing their licence with a learner permit, such as a practice driving test package, a starter package, a joint instruction package and an intensive training course.
CAP Driving School offers versatile payment options. You can pay for the course by invoice in 1–4 instalments, make the payment online, or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best, easily and flexibly.
