The starting locations for driving lessons can be arranged flexibly, and our friendly instructors will help you throughout your driving school journey. There is no need to feel nervous about starting driving school; the instruction can be supplemented according to your needs and skill level. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
We offer driving instruction and driving school courses for the following licence categories: passenger car (B), motorcycle (A1, A2, A), moped (AM120) and moped car (AM121). We also offer various course options for those completing their licence with a teaching permit, such as EAS and RTK.
The location of CAPsel is Saravedentie 1, in the yard of Väentupa ry, opposite the municipal hall. Driving lessons start either from CAPsel or from another mutually agreed starting point in the Jyväskylä area.

"I am a driving instructor in Jämsä, Laukaa, Vaajakoski Jyväskylä and Äänekoski. Before becoming a traffic instructor, I worked for over 20 years with buses, trucks and taxis, but I was looking for new challenges. Now, as a traffic instructor, I get to experience the joy and insights of my students' success. I am also here to support them if their driving test don't go as planned. I am calm, patient and have a sense of humor and I am here to help you learn without stress and tension. Lue lisääAt CAP Driving School Laukaa, you will be supported by professional and friendly instructors from the beginning of driving school all the way to the driving test. Instruction is available in Finnish and English, and we will help you with any questions that may come up during your studies. Don’t hesitate to ask if something is unclear! There is no need to feel nervous about starting driving school – we emphasise personal guidance, and the instruction can be supplemented according to your needs and skill level so that you will learn to drive safely and confidently.
In CAPsel, as in all CAP locations, there is continuous supervision, and the customer can reach the simulator control centre with the press of a button. Office services are available by phone, so you can easily get assistance and advice whenever you need it.
You can start the driving school course immediately after registering. The theory studies are completed flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use the CAP app, a digital learning environment and modern teaching tools that ensure driving is learned safely and comprehensively. Driving lessons are carried out with modern, well-equipped training cars.
Moped and motorcycle lessons always start at the Killeri trotting track in Jyväskylä, at Vesangantie 24, Jyväskylä. You may use your own driving gear during lessons or borrow equipment from the driving school. The handling tests for two-wheelers are carried out at the Killeri parking area, and the driving tests at Ajovarma’s office in Seppälänkangas. For light quadricycle (AM121) training, the student’s own vehicle is used, such as an ATV or moped car.
The service point offers a wide range of teaching-permit courses that include the required trainings, such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several teaching packages, such as the practice driving test package, start package, joint teaching package and intensive training course.
CAP Driving School offers versatile payment options. You can pay your course invoice in 1–4 instalments, pay online or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best, easily and flexibly.
