CAP Driving School Oulainen started its operations in 2022. Everyone is welcome! Driving lessons are given with modern, well-equipped training vehicles – safety and driving comfort are always our priorities. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.

You can start the driving course immediately after registration. You can complete the theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP app and a digital learning environment, which enable safe and versatile learning.

Moped and motorcycle training is carried out at the CAP Driving School Ylivieska location at Rautatiekatu 15.

A wide range of instruction permit courses is available at the location, including mandatory trainings such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several teaching packages to support those completing their licence with an instruction permit – for example a practice driving test package, a starter package, a joint teaching package and an intensive training course.

CAP Driving School offers versatile payment options. You can pay the course invoice in 1–4 instalments, make the payment online or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best – easily and flexibly.
