CAP Driving School Oulunsalo offers a clear and efficient learning path that makes obtaining a driving licence easy and smooth. Instruction is carried out with modern tools and the support of our experienced driving instructors. At CAP Driving School Oulunsalo, you will be assisted by friendly and pleasant staff who support you from the beginning of driving school all the way to the driving test. Instruction can be adapted to your skill level and needs so that you progress safely and confidently at your own pace. Driving lessons are carried out with modern and well-equipped training vehicles, where safety and driving comfort are always top priorities. Instruction is available in Finnish.

In Oulunsalo, simulator driving lessons are completed either at CAP Driving School Oulu Kaakkuri (Pesätie 7 B 5) or CAP Driving School Kempele (Aurinkokuja 3 as 9).

You can start the driving school course immediately after registration. You complete the theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools, such as a driving simulator, the CAP app, and a digital learning environment, which help you learn to drive safely and comprehensively.

Moped course driving lessons start from the Kempele location, and the driving practice is carried out on a training area near the Zeppeliini shopping centre. For the handling test, the departure point is CAP Driving School Oulu city centre or directly from the Ruskotunturi training area.

In Oulunsalo, a wide variety of teaching permit courses is available, including mandatory training such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several training packages to support those completing their licence with a teaching permit – for example, the practice driving test package, the starter package, the co-teaching package, and the intensive teaching course.

CAP Driving School offers diverse payment options. You can pay the course invoice in 1–4 instalments, complete the payment via online banking, or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best and handle payments easily and flexibly.
