We offer driving lessons and courses for the following licence categories: passenger car (B) and moped (AM120). We also provide services for teaching permit holders, such as EAS and RTK courses. You can choose whether to complete your driving lessons with a manual or automatic car.
CAP Driving School Oulu Kaakkuri is located about seven kilometres south of Oulu city centre, east of Highway 4. You’ll find us on the ground floor of the Sirius building, near CM Kaakkuri, at Pesätie 7 B.

CAP Driving School Oulu Kaakkuri is a place where learning to drive happens safely and comfortably under the guidance of experienced instructors. Our friendly and approachable teachers support you throughout your entire driving school journey – from theory lessons to the driving test. If balancing your driving course with studies or work feels challenging, Kaakkuri offers flexible scheduling that adapts to your needs, keeping learning smooth and stress-free.
You can start your driving course immediately after registration. Theory lessons can be completed flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP App, and a digital learning environment, which support your learning and help you develop safe and versatile driving skills.
During driving lessons, you’ll use modern and safe training cars, designed to make your practice both secure and enjoyable. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.
Moped training takes place at the Ruskotunturi practice area, which provides a safe environment for learning moped handling. The area is reserved for the use of CAP Driving School Oulu branches. All handling and driving tests are conducted at Ajovarma’s Rusko office, located at Konetie 4, 90620 Oulu.
At the Oulu Kaakkuri office, we offer a wide range of courses for teaching permit holders, including mandatory EAS and RTK training. We also provide several supportive course packages for those completing their licence with a teaching permit – such as the Practice Test Package, Starter Package, Co-Teaching Package, and Intensive Course.
CAP Driving School offers flexible payment options. You can pay your course by invoice in 1–4 installments, make an online payment, or use SVEA financing. This way, you can choose the payment method that best suits you – easily and flexibly.
