CAP Driving School Oulu Pateniemi serves you in CAPseli – a mobile service point that brings the driving school to where you are. CAP Driving School Oulu Pateniemi provides high-quality driving instruction under the guidance of experienced and encouraging instructors. Our professional and approachable teachers support you throughout your driving school journey, from the first theory lessons all the way to the driving test.

In CAPseli, as in all CAP locations, there is continuous supervision, and the customer can contact the simulator control centre at the press of a button. Office services are available by phone, so you can easily get help and advice whenever you need it. We offer instruction in Finnish, English, and Swedish.

You can start your driving course immediately after registering. You complete the theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools – such as a driving simulator, the CAP app, and a digital learning environment – which support learning and help develop safe and versatile driving skills. With us, you will drive modern and safe training cars that make practice both safe and enjoyable.

Moped, motorcycle, and moped car driving lessons start at Ruskotunturi, Ruskotunturintie 10, Oulu. Handling practice takes place at the training area located in Ruskotunturi, which provides a safe environment for practising moped and motorcycle handling. The area is rented for the use of CAP Driving School Oulu locations. All handling and driving tests are conducted at Ajovarma’s Rusko office in Oulu, at Konetie 4, 90620 Oulu.

At the Oulu Pateniemi location, a wide range of instructor-permit courses is available, including mandatory trainings such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several training packages to support those completing their licence with an instructor permit – for example the practice test package, start package, co-teaching package, and intensive training course.
