At CAP Driving School Kiiminki, you are served by professional and friendly staff. Instruction is available in Finnish, English and Swedish. We offer an extensive selection of courses backed by long experience. There is no need to feel nervous about starting driving school – we focus on personal guidance, and teaching can be adapted to your needs and skill level. Our special expertise includes health-based assessments of driving ability.

You can complete your theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use the CAP app, a digital learning environment and modern teaching tools, which enable safe and versatile learning. Driving lessons are carried out with modern and well-equipped training vehicles – safety and driving comfort are always our priorities.

Moped, motorcycle and moped car driving lessons start at Ruskotunturi, Ruskotunturintie 10, Oulu. Handling practice takes place at the training area located in Ruskotunturi, which provides a safe environment for practising moped and motorcycle handling. The area is reserved for the use of CAP Driving School. All handling and driving tests are completed at Ajovarma’s Rusko service point in Oulu.

The location offers a wide range of instruction permit courses, including mandatory trainings such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several teaching packages, such as a practice driving test package, a starter package, a joint teaching package and an intensive training course.

CAP Driving School provides versatile payment options. You can pay the course invoice in 1–4 instalments, make the payment online or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best – easily and flexibly.
