CAP Driving School Oulu Kastelli provides high-quality driving instruction under the guidance of experienced teachers. Our professional and approachable instructors support you throughout the entire driving school process, from theory lessons to the driving test. Instruction can be tailored to your skill level to ensure that getting your driver’s licence is smooth and stress-free. Driving lessons are conducted with modern, well-equipped training vehicles, and instruction is available in Finnish and English.

You can start your driving course immediately after registration. Theory lessons can be completed flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern learning tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP App, and a digital learning environment, which support your learning and help you develop safe and versatile driving skills.

Moped and motorcycle driving lessons also start from the CAP Driving School Oulu City Centre office, where you’ll meet your instructor before heading out for practical training. The two-wheeler training takes place at the Ruskotunturi practice area, which provides a safe environment for moped and motorcycle handling exercises. The area is reserved for the use of CAP Driving School Oulu locations. All handling and driving tests are conducted at Ajovarma’s Rusko office, located at Konetie 4, 90620 Oulu.

At the Oulu Kastelli office, we offer a wide range of courses for teaching permit holders, including the mandatory EAS and RTK training. We also provide several course packages designed to support learners driving with a teaching permit – such as the Practice Test Package, Starter Package, Co-Teaching Package, and Intensive Course.
