At CAP Driving School Oulu Tuira, studying takes place in a relaxed and safe atmosphere where everyone is treated as an individual. We offer driving instruction and driving school courses for the passenger car licence (B), and in addition we provide services for those completing their licence with a learner permit, such as EAS and RTK. Driving lessons are conducted with either a manual or an automatic transmission car. Automatic car driving lessons start from the CAP Driving School Oulu branch.

The office services of CAP Driving School Oulu Tuira will be transferred to the CAP Driving School Oulu Keskusta branch as of 1 December 2025. The branch is located in a central area next to Oulu Cathedral at Isokatu 11. Driving lessons start flexibly from the departure point of your choice.

You can start the driving school course immediately after registration. You complete the theory studies flexibly online at a time that suits you best. We use modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP app and a digital learning environment, which help you learn to drive safely and comprehensively. Driving lessons are conducted with modern and well-equipped training vehicles, where safety and driving comfort are always a priority. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.

In Tuira, a wide range of learner permit courses is available, including mandatory instruction such as EAS and RTK. In addition, we offer several support packages for those completing their licence with a learner permit, for example a practice driving test package, a starter package, a joint instruction package and an intensive training course.

CAP Driving School offers versatile payment options. You can pay for the course by invoice in 1–4 instalments, make the payment online, or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best, easily and flexibly.
