At CAP Driving School Tornio, there is no need to worry about starting driving school. Our skilled and friendly instructors in Tornio support you throughout your entire driving school process, from theory studies all the way to the driving test. The training can be supplemented according to your needs and skill level. We use modern teaching tools that make studying enjoyable. We offer driving instruction and driving school courses for the following licence categories: passenger car licence (B), all motorcycle categories (A1, A2, A) and moped licence (AM120). We also offer services for learner-permit students, such as EAS and RTK. You can choose whether you want to complete your driving instruction with an automatic or manual transmission car.

You can find CAP Driving School in Tornio on Eliaksenkatu, near the Rajalla Shopping Centre, at Eliaksenkatu 6, 95400 Tornio. The ground-floor premises have a separate entrance. Driving lessons start at the driving school. Motorcycle training is carried out at the CAP Driving School Kemi location.

You can start the driving course immediately after registering. You can complete your theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools, such as a driving simulator, the CAP app and a digital learning environment, which make learning to drive safe and versatile.

Our professional instructors support you throughout your entire driving school journey, from theory studies all the way to the driving test. Driving lessons are carried out with modern, well-equipped training cars – safety and driving comfort are always our top priorities. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.

Moped driving lessons start at the driving school, from where you proceed with the instructor to the handling training area. Moped handling training is carried out in an industrial area in Tornio, where you can practise vehicle control in a safe and calm environment. The handling test is carried out in the same place.

Motorcycle driving lessons start at the CAP Driving School Kemi location. Motorcycle handling tests and driving tests take place at the Kemi Ajovarma office.

There is a wide selection of learner-permit courses available in Tornio, including the mandatory EAS and RTK courses. We also offer several training packages to support learner-permit students – for example, the practice driving test package, the start package, the co-teaching package and the intensive course.

CAP Driving School offers a variety of payment options. You can pay the course invoice in 1–4 instalments, use online payment or take advantage of SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the method that suits you best, easily and flexibly.
