How do I cancel my driving lesson?

If the student does not use or cancel the agreed driving lesson by the previous working day by 12:00 PM, the driving school has the right to charge a fee according to the price list.

You can cancel the driving lesson through the CAP app or Webauto.

You can also cancel the lesson through your responsible teacher by sending them a text message, WhatsApp message, or email. You can find your responsible teacher’s contact information on the Webauto homepage and the Teaching Information tab.

You can also cancel the lesson through the office during its opening hours or by email. You can also send an email to asiakaspalvelu@cap.fi or call our national customer service at 050 913 0300. Service hours Mon - Thu 10.00-18.00, Fri 10.00-15.00. The customer service phone number does not receive text messages.

An invoice for driving lessons canceled too late or not canceled at all can be reimbursed upon presentation of a medical certificate. The certificate must be delivered to the driving school within 7 days using the Secure Mail service.
