Instruction is carried out with modern tools and the support of our experienced driving instructors. There is no need to be nervous about starting driving school, as our instructors will support you throughout the entire process. Customer satisfaction is everything to us, and everyone is welcome!
We offer driving instruction and driving school courses for the following licence categories: passenger car licence (B), all motorcycle categories (A1, A2, A), and moped licence (AM120). We also offer services designed for teaching permit holders, such as EAS and RTK. You can choose whether you want to complete the driving instruction with an automatic or manual transmission car.
CAP Driving School Imatra is located in a central location on Imatra’s main street at Lappeentie 22. Driving lessons start from the driving school or from a departure stop of your choice, such as Imatra Joint Upper Secondary School.

CAP Driving School Imatra began operating in 2012, and a driving school has been running in the same premises since the early 2000s. At the Imatra location, you will be assisted by friendly and pleasant staff who support you from the start of driving school all the way to the driving test. Instruction can be adapted to your skill level and needs so that you progress safely and confidently at your own pace. Everyone is welcome! Driving lessons are carried out with modern and well-equipped training vehicles, where safety and driving comfort are always top priorities. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.
You can start the driving school course immediately after registration. You can complete the theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools, such as a driving simulator, the CAP app, and a digital learning environment, which help you learn to drive safely and comprehensively.
Moped and motorcycle driving lessons begin at the driving school by putting on the equipment, after which you proceed with the instructor to the practice area for handling instruction. There, you can practise vehicle control in a calm and safe environment.
In Imatra, a wide range of teaching permit courses is available, including mandatory training such as EAS and RTK. We also offer several instruction packages to support those completing their licence with a teaching permit – for example, the practice driving test package, the starter package, the co-teaching package, and the intensive teaching course.
CAP Driving School offers a wide selection of payment options. You can pay the course invoice in 1–4 instalments, complete the payment via online banking, or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best and handle payments easily and flexibly.
