CAP Driving School Karhula started operations in 2021, but a driving school has been located in the same premises since 2013. Instruction is available in Finnish and English. There’s no need to feel nervous about starting driving school – we’ll support your learning every step of the way and help you progress safely and confidently toward your driver’s licence. Lessons can be tailored to your needs and skill level.
You can start your driving course immediately after registration. Theory lessons can be completed flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools such as a driving simulator, the CAP App, and a digital learning environment, which help you learn to drive safely and comprehensively. You can choose to drive a manual or automatic training car.
Moped and motorcycle lessons are held in the Kotka harbour area. All necessary equipment can be found at the CAP Kotka office, where each session also begins. Tests are conducted at Ajovarma’s Keltakallio office in Kotka. The test day is usually separate from the lesson day, and if needed, the school can arrange transport to Keltakallio.
At our Karhula office, we offer a wide range of courses for teaching permit holders, including mandatory EAS and RTK training. We also provide several course packages to support students completing their licence with a teaching permit – such as the Practice Test Package, Starter Package, Co-Teaching Package, and Intensive Course.
CAP Driving School offers flexible payment options. You can pay by invoice in 1–4 instalments, make an online payment, or use SVEA financing – so you can choose the method that suits you best, easily and flexibly.
