FinnishCAP Driving School Oulu Jääli serves you through CAPseli – a mobile office that brings the driving school to wherever you are. There’s no need to be nervous about starting driving school — instruction can be supplemented according to your needs and skill level. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and everyone is welcome!
We provide driving instruction for the following licence categories: passenger car (B), all motorcycle classes (A1, A2, A), moped (AM120) and moped car (AM121). In addition, you can complete the BE licence with us or rent equipment for the B96 licence. We also offer services for instructor-permit students, such as EAS and RTK. Health-based driving ability assessments are also available in Oulu Jääli. You can drive with either a manual or automatic car.
CAP Driving School Oulu Jääli operates flexibly without a separate office. CAPseli is a mobile office where all the same driving school matters can be handled as in a traditional location. The starting point for driving lessons is Jäälihalli (Jäälintie 6). Simulator lessons are carried out in CAPseli at Jäälihalli, Jäälintie 6.

Our friendly, cheerful, and professional staff support you throughout the entire learning process, from your first simulator lessons all the way to the driving test. In CAPseli, as in all CAP locations, there is continuous monitoring, and customers can reach the simulator control center at the press of a button. Office services are available by phone, so you can easily get help and advice whenever you need it. We offer instruction in Finnish, English, and Swedish.
You can start the driving course right after registering. You can complete the theory studies flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use modern teaching tools — such as a driving simulator, the CAP app, and a digital learning environment — which support learning and help make driving skills safe and versatile. With us, you will drive your lessons in modern, safe training cars that make practice both safe and enjoyable.
Moped, motorcycle, and moped car driving lessons start at Ruskotunturi, Ruskotunturintie 10, Oulu. Handling practice takes place at a training area located in Ruskotunturi, which provides a safe environment for practicing moped and motorcycle handling. The area is rented for the use of CAP Driving School locations. All handling and driving tests are carried out at Ajovarma’s Rusko office in Oulu, at Konetie 4, 90620 Oulu.
The Oulu Jääli location offers a wide range of instructor-permit courses that include the mandatory lessons, such as EAS and RTK. In addition, we offer several teaching packages to support those completing their licence with an instructor permit — for example, the practice test package, starter package, co-teaching package, and intensive training course.
CAP Driving School offers multiple payment options. You can pay the course by invoice in 1–4 installments, make the payment online, or use SVEA financing. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best, easily and flexibly.
