Your password can be reset at a office or through national customer service. You can contact your branch during its opening hours or national customer service at phone 050 913 0300, Mon-Thu 10:00-18:00, Fri 10:00-15:00 or asiakaspalvelu@cap.fi
After resetting, the new password will always be four zeros (0000) and must be changed again upon first login.
Always remember to first make sure that you are logging in via CAP app or the Webauto. The capital letters and the last numeric code of the username must also be exactly correct.
If you have changed your password to a word that contains an accent or certain punctuation marks, this may also be the reason why the program no longer recognizes the new password the next time you log in. If you are still unable to log in despite these measures, please contact our customer service. Your password can only be reset through national customer service or your own school/branch.
