You don’t need to feel nervous about starting driving school – the instruction can always be complemented according to your needs and skill level. Our friendly and professional instructor will support you in every step on your journey toward independent driving. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and everyone is welcome to us.
We provide driving instruction and driving school courses for the following licence categories: passenger car (B), all motorcycle categories (A1, A2, A), moped (AM120) and light quadricycle (AM121). We also offer courses for those driving with a learner permit, such as EAS and RTK. You can choose to complete the driving lessons either with an automatic or manual car.
Orimattila serves customers right in the city centre, on the main street opposite the City Hall, at Erkontie 10. Driving lessons start from the driving school. Moped instruction starts at the Orimattila office. Moped car and motorcycle instruction are provided at CAP Driving School Lahti.

CAP Driving School Orimattila is the only driving school in the city with its own physical office, and we have been operating at the same location since 2014. Our friendly and experienced instructor creates a calm and encouraging atmosphere where everyone can learn safely at their own pace. In Orimattila, you will find a driving school where every customer is met individually, service is smooth, and the learning experience is genuinely pleasant. Our goal is that you enter traffic as a safe, confident and well-prepared driver.
You can start the driving course immediately after registering. The theory studies are completed flexibly online whenever it suits you best. We use the CAP app, a digital learning environment and modern teaching tools that help you learn to drive safely and diversely. Driving lessons are conducted with modern and well-equipped training cars. Instruction available in Finnish.
Moped instruction begins at the Orimattila office by putting on riding gear. After this, you move with the instructor to the Karisto training area, where you can practise vehicle handling in a calm and safe environment. The handling test is carried out on a different day than the instruction.
Motorcycle instruction starts at CAP Driving School Lahti, where the gear is put on. After this, you move with the instructor to the Karisto training area to practise motorcycle handling in a safe environment before moving on to traffic driving. Motorcycle handling tests are held at the Karisto area, and traffic driving tests begin at Lahti Ajovarma.
The location offers a wide range of learner-permit courses, which include mandatory trainings such as EAS and RTK. We also provide several instruction packages, such as the practice test package, start package, joint instruction package and intensive training course.
CAP Driving School offers versatile payment methods. You can pay the course invoice in 1–4 instalments, use online payment or choose SVEA financing. This way, you can select the payment method that suits you best, easily and flexibly.
