Holiday schedule changes during Christmas and New Year
Dear Customer, below you’ll find a summary of our service schedules during the Christmas and New Year period.
Customer service
Our nationwide customer service and chat support will be closed during the holiday season as follows:
- 23.12 from 15:00 until 28.12
- 31.12 from 14:00 until 1.1
- 6.1
Nationwide customer service and chat will therefore be open as normal on 29.12, 30.12, 2.1, 5.1, and again from 7.1 onwards.
Website and course registration
You can always:
- Register for driving licence courses on our website
- Purchase services online
Our website registration paths and online store are available 24/7, including during Christmas and New Year holidays.
If you need assistance from customer service, please note the holiday opening hours listed above.
Theory lessons, driving simulator sessions and driving lessons
You can complete theory lessons flexibly online also during the days between Christmas and New Year. Please note that the online theory supervision service will be closed on:
- 24.12–26.12
- 31.12–1.1
- 6.1
At other times, the theory supervision service is open according to normal opening hours.
Driving simulator sessions are also available during the holiday period according to the following schedule (available sessions are shown in the booking calendar):
- 23.12: 08:00–16:00
- 24.12–28.12: Simulator supervision closed (no sessions)
- 29.12–30.12: 08:00–20:00
- 31.12: 08:00–16:00
- 1.1: Simulator supervision closed (no sessions)
- 2.1: 08:00–16:00
- 5.1: 08:00–20:00
- 6.1: Simulator supervision closed (no sessions)
Practical driving lessons will continue during the Christmas week and New Year period according to schedules agreed individually with students. Winter is an excellent time to practise driving skills. Training for two-wheeled vehicles will resume in spring when weather conditions allow.
